not worth it

I got in on a move-in special. they wanted to increase my rent by more than $100, so I left. Most of the time I lived there, none of the amenities they claimed to have were available. The hot tub was out of service frequently without explanation. The elevators were out of service without explanation. There was tons of construction noise in the center of the courtyard with no consideration for residents in the morning. lots of annoying students in the building - they play stupid pranks and are generally inconsiderate (leaving bread and beer cans in the hallways.) way too overpriced for SLC. you can do better. and if you don't get a parking space underground for $50 (!!!!) then you better be sure to park in the covered parking behind the bldg before 8pm, or forget about getting any parking. in case you're interested, they initially charged $25/month for underground parking. it's a racket. definitely cheap fixtures inside. so-called "granite countertops" are not granite - they're laminate. The faucet on my shower always fell off - maintenance knew this was a problem. no recycling!!!!!!
