Yes it was nice and spacious but the elevators where constantly broken, a water sprinker broke and the entire 3rd floor smelled of mood for weeks. The grounds where beautiful once they finished installing the storm drains that they forgot to install when they built the building. It is in a very nice location but in order to park underground, you have to pay $50 a month extra. You can hear everything the neighbors do. Things in this building where thrown together so fast that it is very poorly done. It has had its perk but it is not worth the grand plus
