Easily the worst building I have ever lived in or even visited. In 3 months we've endured 4 fire alarms due to people having parties and letting their drunken friends take the fire extinguishers out or jumping down the hall breaking sprinkler heads, which coincidently flooded 3 floors of the building. Which was not the only time our apartment flooded. There were 2 more. Someone forgot to tell little drunken sorority girls not to keep flushing the toilet when its plugged up. It is insanely expensive. As much as apartments in cities like SF and NY. 1500 for 2 bedrooms. Plus everything in the apartment was purchased at a dollar store. Just make sure to ask anyone that lives there what its like or to show you around without management. BE WARNED
