Overpriced hell hole

In the year and half I have lived here noise has always been a problem. Some residents go out into the hot tub that is supposed to close at 11pm up until 3 or 4 am sometimes. Insulation between floors is also a problem. The elevators are broken down about once every ten days (no exagaration) and there is a fire alarm that goes off in the middle of the night about once a month.
When my lease was up in June I knew I wasn't going to renew so I went down to the office to see how much my rent would be. They said $934. That is pretty expensive, but I thought I would deal with if for a few months until I find a new place. In August they sent me a notice saying I was short $25 on my rent. I went and asked what the rent was and they said it was $959. Since then I have received two more notices and my rent is now $984. I never was told until I had a "past due" notice on my door. It is kinda hard not to be past due if you can't get a straight answer about what you owe. Very unprofessional staff that doesn't seem to know what is going on half the time.
