where do i start... the office,the manager luke should be fired, because he will never quit and the guy isnt paid enough. he is on top of it and promptly on top of every concern and complaint. the staff, the office staff is very professional and kind to all residence. the guys who do apt service can be trusted with your life. I have been here for 1 1/2 years and all service issues have been addressed by the end if the following business day. the facilitys; clean and a pleasant aroma, the trash is taken out six days a week by 11 am but usually sooner. The workout room; i have a trainer who doesnt have equepment this nice, also clean. hot tub; i have seen how it is filtered and it is state of the art, it is clean and proper water. the elevators; its a new system not used by any other building. its fast and there are 3 of them. parking; the best, if you wont pay for it underground the free is also covered. there is a tanning bed for us who live here and its free also. there is a lot i have failed to mention but though its more money than other places you will have neighbors that are from football players to piolots. top end people
