Things They Do Not tell you ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have Lived Here Two Years. One Thing they do not tell you is that you have to pay for water, garbage removal and sewage! And that is on top of the rent which just went up! Also They will not tell tou that you have a heating system that was from the 1960s (not an exageration). They have completely renavated the complex but left in the Heaters! I am not exagerating the following figures!! My Heating bill is anywhere from $150.00-$210.00. They also water the lawns all the time and charge the residents. I am moving out at the end of my lease, It is getting just too expensive. Also they have many penalties for wanting to move out before lease is up. also if you are one day late 20.00per day and a $75.00 fee. There are no exceptions!
