They are horrible at maintaining anything! The ice is always a problem in the winter, because they just ignore it, and things causing more problems (i.e., broken drain pipes and such). Everything always has to be fixed and things were done poorly (i.e. the carpet is always coming up in the corners, because they didn't tack it down right when they put it in!)
