Foothill Place Apartments

foothill has a good location but that is about it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Foothill's management team leaves something to be desired. They do nothing about the ugliness of the grounds. The tenets that stink up the whole building continue living there, and there are always parties with drugs keeping people awake all night long, even during the week.
