Foothill Place Apartments

Terrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The management at foothill place is terrible. We have had a broken thermostat since we moved in and everytime we try and get it fixed it never is. The management is so unfriendly that they discourage us from continueing to live there. It is also very noisy at night.
