live there from 1992 through 1998 From: sdadept Date posted: 7/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1998   very well maintained grounds. OK staff. Great location. Only downside was when you move out, don't expect to get any of your deposit back. My apartment was spotless when I left and they found a million little ways to nitpick 0 of my deposit. Same thing happened to another couple I know.
