While living in Fox Point my car was broken into twice, my neighbor had her tires stolen off her car, and my roommate's boyfriend had his car stolen. The cops told us that this is a common problem at Fox Point.

The apartment itself was fine, and any problems we had were promptly solved.

The office staff seemed a bit clueless--my roommate and I received an eviction notice that was meant for our neighbors! That was a bit of a shock. The staff apologized, but a little bit more research on their part (i.e. confirming they had the correct apartment number!) would have prevented the problem. For the price they ask for apartments, I'm sure you can find a safer community with a more professional staff.
