Fox Point in Old Farm
< | >
My mother moved into an apartment here having owned not only a townhome but a condo in Old Farm 10 years prior. What a nose dive this place has taken. She needed something for 6mos while looking for something to buy. Her dishwasher was broken when she turned it on and the place so obviously had not be cleaned. The staff, who took forever to fix things or get back to her, are rude and clueless and the maintainance man looks fresh from sabbatical in county.(jail)Her car was broken into and some creep tried to pry her patio door open when she wouldn't "invite him in for a drink"! She made the foolish mistake of buying a 3 bdrm townhome and has been misarable ever since. My mom is a quiet, sweet lady but not LDS. The neighbors have harrassed her and her cat. They are fat, miserable ladies. The board has insisted they to are tired of the monthly complaints by this bevy of beauties but do nothing. This place is a ghetto, whether you rent an overpriced apartment or buy a 220,000 town home that you don't own the ground underneath. The grounds are it's only redeemable feature. Move on and you'll be happy.
