I live there now, and it has been great up until they got new management. Sure, they keep the grounds clean and nice. They could careless about their tennants. I have lived there a little over a year, my masterbedroom window leaked I called and left a voicemail because the office doesn't ever answer their phone. They never responded to my problems so I had to deal with it myself. Just so you know, the office has an automatic voicemail, you won't EVER speak with someone in the office unless you walk into their office (Which sometimes you are ignored when they need to finish their personal conversation). I did refer someone to this place and everything has gone wrong for them too, AND the office never gave me my referral bonus! It just isn't that great of a place for the rent!
