I've lived here for about a year. Recently (2009) they brought in new management and its awful. They're rude and inconsiderate and are raking the residents over the coals for every penny they can get out of them. My roof leaks every time it rains. When I let management know, they did nothing about it. I live with pots and pans in my living room to catch the dripping water.
Also, the ducks and geese are awful. Sure, they look pretty, but they don't sound pretty when they're waking you up at 5 AM. Duck and geese poop all over

This place is an absolute JOKE!!!!! We have lived here for less than 3 months and have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. We wake up with spiders and ants in our bed as well as our sons. We have called on this many of times to be told that they will spray. HAHAHAHAHAHHA YEA RIGHT!!!!!! The house still hasnt been sprayed and we called only to be told it would be done this TUESDAY!!!! It didnt get done so we called again and were told We spray every OTHER TUESDAY. OK SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO ACTUALLY DO IT???? And then the rain gutters are so clogged that the rain comes off the roof and floods our balcony.. This again has been brought to their attention ans NOTHING has been done!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!! To bad i'm stuck here for another 6 months.. If I could get out of it I WOULD!!!!!

I'm in total agreement with the first posting. I've lived here for 3 years now... LOVED the old management, can't stand the new. My roof leaks too! I've also told management about this - last spring, no less, and they didn't do a damn thing about it. It STILL leaks. It's unfortunate, but I'm looking for another place to live when my lease is up. I'm going to miss it here so much - it was the first apartment I've lived in that really felt like "home" to me.

Management at Fox Point is the worst I've ever encountered. Constantly condescending and completely incompetent, it's like they're completely unaware that they have actual responsibilities to their tenants. And what's with that square brunette with the crumpled up face? Lighten up, already! Be friendly! Quit treating your tenants like duck feces!
