Manager was friendly and courteous. All maintenance requests were done quickly and professionally. The apartment building was relatively old but surprisingly quiet nonetheless. One slight complaint is that they charged for covered parking space, although the amount was tolerable. Laundry capacity could have been better. The location is excellent - close proximity to dining and shopping is definitely a plus, easy access to the freeway and bus lines. A good place for urban living.
