Average Apartment - Poor management

The apartments themselves are nice and new, to me it seems however that they are poorly and cheaply put together.

I have had numerous problems with the management staff being unresponsive to maintance requests and having to call 2 and 3 times before I get a response. Whenever you call the office you always get an answering machine and never a live person. You always have to wait for them to call you back!!!!

The winter has been extremely messy at the apartments. Very slow at plowing parking lots and when it is done it's sloppy. Ice on the parking lots and sidewalks a majority of the time. I fell numerous times in the parking lot due to ice.
