The winter of 2003-04 was not something the Schoolhouse should be proud of. It seemed they salted the parking lot when it was not slick and failed to salt it when it actual was slick. The upper-level parking is very very dangerous in the winter months. Overall, we had good service. The unexpected lock change was a bit of a surprise.

If you want to renew you lease, they raise the rent on you; mine was to be raised by 150. And if you do month-to-month after a lease has expired is was 450 more a month.

The location is really good. Very close to I-80, sugarhouse shopping and the U of U. I am recommending this place based upon the location, the newer appliances and overall cleanliness of the apartments.

I would also recommend the 4th floor.
