Overpriced! Awful Management!

Just trying to move in to the place was drastic! We set a deposit on a cheaper, affordable floorplan that matched our budget. The apartment would be available in about 2 weeks.
Mngmnt called and told us it would be another week (past the original date) before we could move in. 3 days before the move-in date, we were told that the apartment was no longer available, and we would have to choose something else.
WHY'!'! Why would you show a floorplan, and allow someone to place a deposit on a specific apartment (thus securing said apartment) and then revoke such privileges'
BAD Management, thats why. Due to some type of 'miscommunication' (yeah right) the resident who was 'supposed' to be leaving, decided to stay, therefore the apartment was no longer up for rent. After MUCH debating and arguing, they finally agreed to come down on price with a floorplan that would be similar to our needs.
After living at Irving for a while, we realized that the amount of money we were paying for rent was not worth it. Sure the apartments are nice, but the parking lot is cramped (a disaster in the winter) and neighbors are rarely seen.
Overall I would not recommend this establishment. As previous reviews have also mentioned, they are more focused on getting their residents OUT, instead of keeping you happy where you live.
