Things to seriously consider before coming to Irv Schoolhouse

This apartment complex seems to offer a lot but in reality over priced for what you get. I've been in it for a year and it has been a disappointment. Some of my neighbors have told me about cars getting broken into (lower parking is prone to thieves). Also things getting stolen if you have it in the porch of first floor. So, DO NOT get in the first floors! Upper parking in winter is very very very slippery and dangerous! I'm always scared to walk to my car. So, upper and lower has it's own pitfalls. Garbage bins during the weekends are over filled and it very hard to dispose anything if you need to. The car alarms at night is horrible if you like to sleep at night with windows open. Oh and the air conditioning noise from all of the neighbors are loud and not pleasant either. The management may seem very nice and helpful, but in reality, if you have a real problem, they give you the run around and not much direct managerial decision. I had few problems with parking and heating and they were nothing but any help (Great smiles with the run-around). So obiviously with packed apt like this, there are the good and the bad. These are things I found made it very unattractive to keep living in. I'll be moving out as soon as the lease is up. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
