I have lived at Irving Schoolhouse for several years. The apartments are really nice and the location great. Management has always been very pleasant and helpful. They even called to follow up with me when I had a complaint with one of my neighbors. My only complaint is that they need to get recycling bins. I have had a rental increase recently but I liked them enough to stay. Getting good service is worth it to me. I would recommend this place, especially if you like the Sugarhouse area.
