I moved from the MOLD infested Northgate apartments at the Gateway. I really enjoyed irving schoolhouse.
1) Office was nice & very honest!
2) Apartments were kept up and very nice
3) They fixed everything immediately (they actually did - & they correctly fixed it)
4) I did not like not having 2 assigned parking spaces, but I liked having a garage
5) I broke my lease due to purchasing a home - they had it rented ASAP
6) The surrounding area is NOT great - but I hope it will improve. It's close to a park & the baseball stadium

Irving School House does not have garages nor does it give two assigned parking spaces. I think you are confused with the "Jefferson School Apartments" which is close to the baseball stadium.
