Management is BAD!

I had an issue where I was charged twice for one months worth of rent. It ended up being a mistake on their banks part, but management insisted that it was my mistake - even after my bank provided proof. I escalated the issue past the local manager because she was so unresponsive. They are more interested in getting renters than keeping them. I broke my contract and got out!
