Thin walls rude management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place is way over priced thin walls and rude management, I lived on the second floor, the person living above me was up late talking on the phone and watching tv not overly loud but I could hear every conversation and every single foot step all night. When I asked the managment to move to an availabel unit on the top floor they said I would have pay out the remainder of my current lease before I could switch apartments.
