Good location with some disadvantages

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived in a 1 bedroom. Overall, the apartment was decent with quite neighbors and fairly good office staff assistance. I did have a problem moving into the apartment as there is no where for moving trucks to get close to make moving easier. Parking is either on the roof (super HOT in the summer) or in the lower parking garage, but you are rarely close to your actual apartment. Appliances are average quality, although my oven was self-cleaning which is rare for an apartment. Washer and dryers are $50/month rent, so I just used my W/D closet for additional storage. There is very little additional storage space in the hallway units. The balconies don't look at much except your neighbors, unless you are lucky enough to get into the very end units. I felt safe in the neighborhood, it's surrounded by college students and another apartment complex. However, trying to cross 2100 South on foot to access all of the great shops and restaurants is very, very dangerous, but the proximity to everything makes living here a nice advantage.
