my husband and I moved into the Irving Schoolhouse from a terrible apartment complex in midvale and so far we absolutely love it! Our apartment is slightly smaller then I would like, but I feel they make up for that in other ways. All of our neighbors are so nice and considerate, they are all great people with respect for others around them. there are no bad apples here that we have seen. It is 7 mins away from downtown slc where my husband and I both work. The maintenance staff has done pretty well with our requests so far. I am a very PICKY renter, I have high expectations from where I rent and so far the Irving Schoolhouse has met them all. The leasing staff is great, Alex knows us by name and I always feel very welcome to express any concerns or questions with them. their 24 hour gym is great if you go during the right times, otherwise its very busy which just shows how people love it. We have been surprised by how sound proof the walls are for an apartment complex, we can't hear our neighbors talking, moving stuff or anything, the only thing we can hear is the vacuuming, which is fine if thats all. There are some sidewalk lights outside our apartment that kind of bother us at night, so we just got curtains. Like I said I am a very picky person when it comes to apartments since you sign a lease, and I love this place. We will for sure re-new our lease unless we buy a house!
