The management lies plain and simple!
They promised me a bottom floor apartment but when I gave them my application and deposit, they said that they didn't have any available. Which was an outright lie on their part.
Their attitudes and mannerisms are left to be desired.
I would suggest you to invest your time, efforts, energies and money at a better place than Jefferson School Apartments. Don't bother giving them a thought.
