I have lived in the apartments now for about 6mo. The property itself is well maintained and the apartments themselves are nice with newer appliances, etc. The walls are VERY thin and my husband and I can hear everything going on upstairs and to the sides of us.

There is relatively no guest parking and I am frightened to park on the street as my car was vandalized 1 1/2 months ago. The area is a mess, but I guess as long as you stay in the apartment, it is okay.


The management has is also a mess. They have lost rent checks (tried to make us pay $75 late fee), given away our parking spot, and are a general pain to deal with.

I understand that the rent is increasing once our lease is up and we realized that we could buy our own home for what we pay each month here without all the headaches.
