I lived at Jefferson School for two and a half years, almost three. The place is very well maintained, secure, and quiet. The staff is very professional and helpful. Reading some other responses where people find the management to be bad is a surprise to me. My rent check was never "lost" by the management, I never had to wait for repairs (usually done on the same day), the gym is great, hot tub and the pool are also great. The area itself is nice and clean. One of my neighbors had her car "egged" once, but other than that I saw no evidence of criminal activity, drugs, and what not. The best part is that this place is 10 minutes from everything in downtown. The only thing I did not like was that each time my lease was up, the rent went up.
