Can't complain

I'm leaving this apartment only because I need a larger living space. I could live here for quite a while, and I believe many of my neighbors have.
The landscaping is impressive. Things are quiet and clean. The ever-present obnoxious neighbors are easily dealt with.
Walls are thick and noise with neighbors is minimal (unless they take their arguments outside). Bug problems' No way. Very effective extermination.
24 hour laundry facilities! Inexpensive too! Woo hoo!!
My complaints are minimal, and not very important really. Maintenance was quick to respond, but not always able to fix the problem. The laundry-card machine takes only OLD style money and does NOT take charge cards despite what it says on the outside.
Because the apartment is built on a huge one-way loop, it's not always convenient to enter/leave the apartment. Some neighbors creatively (read: stupidly and annoyingly) just drive the wrong way down the one way roads.
Cable TV comes standard but is extra. Interior cable wiring leaves something to be desired.
The "classic" apartments are very 70's. Dark cabinets & moulding. Get out your lava lamps and bead curtains!
There are ducks, geese, and quail everywhere. You'd think there would be bird poo everywhere, but again, the landscaping team is amazing.
I only had one issue with the office staff and that was because they raised the cable rate from $20 to $21 without telling me. As a result, I was $1 short paying my rent. I received a note on the door billing me for the $1 plus a late fee. I paid the $1 in pennies and told them I'd be damned if I'm going to pay a late fee on this. I never heard a word about it after.
Again, if they had 4 bedroom units available, I'd probably stay.
