I have lived here for almost 5 years and have had very few problems. I have never had problems with the staff, they have alway been pleasant and helpful.

Looking at some of the complaints in other reviews, I do agree that they send out a notice if you do not pay the full amount, but on the two occasions that I got a notice I talked with them got it taken care of and have never had a late fee.

I know that some people have trouble because generally the complex is fairly quiet, and most people like it that way so they will call and complain if there are noise issues.

They have had trouble with people breaking into vehilces but I have heard similar complaints at other appartments

I wrote this several years ago and I have to say it is no longer a great place to live. I am very frustrated with the management.
