Better than you think From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here for the last 15 months, and I'm honestly not sure what everyone is complaining about. The staff has always been nice and responded quickly to the one repair I've needed (4 hrs before the repairman came), and my parking spot is literally directly in front of my apartment. As for the cop cars mentioned in a previous review, the 2 I know of both belong to residents. My only complaint would be to watch out for extra charges on your monthly bill - I was never warned that my apt. came with a $15 fireplace fee every month, and my friend is charged $15/month for his 'lake view', even though his apartment has a view of the parking lot. All in all, not a bad place to live.
