My lease ends pretty soon and they don't exactly let you know your options. I was told once that I could extend and keep my rent the same for up to 6 months, but now they want me to sign a new lease. Their new prices are way too much too. I'll end up paying like 200 dollar more a month for the apartment I'm in now. I don't care if my 2 bedroom apartment is big. I want out! Almost 1000 a month they want. If I could afford that I'd buy a condo and make a house payment. Place isn't safe either. In the year I've lived here my tires were stolen, and my car got broken into. I wouldn't rent here. If you're looking I'd look elsewhere.
