I have lived at Palladio for quite sometime now. At first i had a few problems getting some matience done, and was very upset as we couldn't finish getting things setteled, but after speaking with Emily, the manager, she compensated wtih a gift certificate to a local resturant. :) She is great! After living in a few places in the area, i would say that Palladio is the best as far as location. I work downtown and walked everyday, very convienent if you only have one car. Also, the aparments itself is very nice, newer appliances and carpet. Also, if you want to paint they let you! I really haven't had any problems, may except for hearing the people above us, but he is a guitarist and his music is acutally quite nice :) Oh, and also, because we are downtown some other people like to park in the parking lot, but the tow trucks are quick to fix that problem (trust me, i did get towed when i parked in a reserved spot... my own fault) But over all, i would say this is the best place in Salt Lake City for the money!!!

OH, one more thing, the person who talked about the gangs and drivebys is insane, and should be mocked... there is no type of anything like that anywhere in Utah, im from a suburb of detroit, i know gangs... lol... WHAT A JOKE!!!
