NOISY, RUDE, BAD DESIGN

I've lived in over 5 different apartments and this is the worst by far. The design of the building is so poor, it's not move-in friendly whatsoever. The walls are paper-thin, which means you can hear everything your neighbors do. When someone flushes the toilet it sounds like Niagra Falls is in your apartment. The loud music is really rude, not what I expected in Salt Lake City at all. DO NOT RENT HERE!
