Palladio

The apartment floorplan itself is fine. I have lived here for almost 6 months and the facilities are just mediocre. Parking usually isnt a problem, unless you are coming and going after 9PM. The pool is filled from a hose and I doubt its chlorinated, the hot tub is never clean, there was a dead bird in it and it wasnt even drained. Even if you did want to use it a lock is placed on the gate usually before the scheduled hours are up. The fitness facilities smell terrible and half are either broken or not working properly, which is a huge safety issue. The management is terrible. Ric just wants your money and Brian seems like a complete idiot. The other members of the Palladio 'team' seem to have no role but to play 'Vanna White' when showing the staged apartment model. There is NO storage space so if you have even a normal amount of belongings dont expect everything to fit in your apartment. Policies such as having NOTHING on your balcony also limit the potential to maximize the space you are supposedly renting. I looked at a lot of apartments when I moved down here and didnt find much downtown, so look at this as a last resort.
