We lived at the Palladio for almost 2 years, it was ok...
Con's
Parking is always a hassle, not enough spot for the people who do live there and visitors have to park on the street
The pool can get pretty grimy, I wouldn't go in the hot tub... people use it as a kiddie pool (ewww)
Carpet was trashy when we moved in
If you do have a pet be prepared for a $200 non-refundable pet fee, $30 a month pet rent, and be ready to be screwed when you go to move out.
There are lots of Cockroaches! (especially if your lucky enough to live near the dumpsters)
Pro's
The maintenance is very prompt for both outside (snow removal) and inside
Heather the in the office is fabulous (beware of Dawn)
Great 2 bedroom floor-plans
The washer and dryer they rented us worked great
Great location
All an all... the best apartments we've lived at, but we loved the location. If you want to live downtown, I think Palladio is your best bet.
