They have a washer & dryer and a dishwasher in every unit and they are in the middle of downtown Salt Lake and that's about the only good things about the Pilladio. I've been renting for about a year from them now and have written about 3 complaint letters to the management. The management is generally unhelpful. The day we moved in out toilet was in the bathtub and our washer and dryer was in the middle of the living room even though they knew we were moving in the day. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the evenings and the management does nothing to turn it off. The gym equipment is often broken, and the management doesn't make any effort to fix. The pool is not opened on time and once there was a dead bird floating in the hot tub. The management just removed the bird and didn't clean out the hot tub after it was found. The pool is filled by the garden hose along with the hot tub.

You may have a patio but you aren't allowed to put anything on it. We were threatened by the management if we did not remove anything from the patio or we would be evicted.

The complex may look nice but there are bums walking around the complex all day and laying in the grass. They leave their beer bottles and alcohol bottles tossed behind the bushes and it takes the management forever to clean it up. It feels like they are only worried about getting more people in the units.

Once our rent check got 'lost.' It was in the drawer in the office of one of the managers.

Overall the management is sincerley worried about the rent checks and nothing else. It's too expensive for what you are getting. We are excited to move.
