Lots of transients and prostitutes nearby so if using drugs and paying for hookers is your cup of tea the Palladio is great! One day a maintenance guy just walked into my place without knocking or anything. He said didn't you get the notice and then the douche bag says I didn't answer the door! I had things stolen off my balcony and think the management "team" must have all arrived on the short bus. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!

Maintenace never come to my place with out knocking.I lived at Palladio for long time. This is the best place in Salt lake city. I will remommand these plese to everyone.
