DO NOT MOVE TO THE PALLADIO!! Where do I begin' The management is rude, condescending and dishonest. All they care about is getting the rent. It's an overpriced hell hole. Alcohol bottles everywhere, blood dripping down common walls, mold growing on the stairway carpet, snot and bugers wiped on the hallway walls, animal feces everywhere and transients sleeping, urinating & defecating all over the common areas. You can't even use the pool. There's been a huge bee colony on my patio for almost two months, I've been stung repeatedly and they REFUSE to take care of it! I've reported them to the health department - we'll see if anything changes. I am strongly warning you to stay far away from this pig sty!

This is biggest lie,I live in Palladio for eight years, and what ever you say is not true. Palladio is very clean place menagment is profesional. Pool is very clean. I never miss anything. I don't know what is your problem.
