I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years and have lived in two units. My first one was on the second floor, so it was quite noisy being by the street. However, what do you expect living in downtown' Both of my apartments were 2 bedrooms, which I think are very spacious. Cabinents are a little ugly, but still provide plenty of storage space. Make sure you clean with bleach on all counters, they are bright white, and stain easily.
Management was helpful and polite. Every request I ever made was acted upon quickly. Grounds are very well maintained with seasonal flowers.
I would recommend living here to someone who
- Likes living around noise (downtown)
- Enjoys exploring the city
- Is not afraid of homeless people
- Does not have chiildren (not too many live here)
- Is willing to pay for parking. (Buy a resevered spot, worth it! $25/mo)
It is a little pricey, so be prepared to pay more than you think you should.
