Good for downtown living

I recently renewed my lease at Palladio after looking around for something cheaper with the same amenities downtown. I could find nothing else at this price range or below in the downtown area(there are more expensive places, and places without in-unit laundry, which I'm not willing to give up.) My rent was raised slightly.
My unit is very nice, but I would like more closet space. My floor is very quiet.
I have a reserved underground parking space which is very convenient - I do wish there was visitor parking, but this is downtown and there are a lot of people living in the four buildings, so I understand that it's not possible. Several months ago there was a problem with garage door breaking and staying open - but that was fixed, and I have not noticed any problems with it since then.
The other reviews are lying when they say you cannot have anything on your balcony. Many people have tasteful outdoor chairs/tables, etc. I'm sure the management has a problem if you try to store a bunch of junk on your balcony - I certainly wouldn't appreciate people junking up the outside of the building.
The staff is very friendly. I always pay my rent on time - so I haven't had any unpleasant interactions with them.
I also like the seasonal flower plantings, and I love to be able to walk to many restaurants, cultural activities, cafes, the farmer's market, stores, etc.
