Don't Live Here

You are better off shopping around for more rational and cost-effective housing, especially with the downtown apartment glut right now. With the downturn in the economy, the apartment management's selection process has let in a number of undesireables. Families fresh from foreign countries who haven't figured out how to keep their apartments clean or offensive cooking odors under control are common. Parking here is next to impossible (read as: good luck if you invite a friend or two over Tuesday through Saturday night) on city streets. If one of your neighbors reports you for allegedly being loud once your friends do find a parking spot, be prepared to be kicked out of your apartment on the first alleged offense without any proof. The pool here isn't cleaned as often as it should be. The management often takes days to return your calls over various concerns. Then lets talk about loud traffic mere feet from the apartments at all times of days. Add to that local transients walking through the parking lot begging for money or trying to break into your vehicle to the mix of issues. Because no one else wants to rent here, the management is using Building C as short-term furnished executive housing...and adding more people who don't care.

I'm in Palladio for more than eighth years and I'm totally disagree with your comments.
Nothing is right for you what do you expect? This is apartment complex, this is not your private house you have to follow rules.
Management is very efficient and I never wait longer then couple hours on phone call back.
Being in Palladio for more then eighth years I can tell you Palladio is great place.

Your comments are obviously vindictive toward Palladio management. I feel extremely satisfied here and think you are full of it. The only thing you are right about is parking, it sucks. But, that goes with living downtown. I love Palladio and disagree with practically everything you said.
