I figured I should lend my support for my new home since these sites mostly see reviews from the disgruntled minority.

The Palladio staff has been amazing since my first visit to the property. Being new to the area, it helped to have a group of people who knew my name, where I was coming from, and took a general interest in my well being and acclimation to a new state. The staff s cordiality was not just for show to make a sale, instead they have hosted apartment socials and set-up social networking groups to help residents meet to people and enjoy their neighborhood more. They also maintain clean grounds and do an excellent job of responding to repairs and maintenance requests- The responsiveness is, in fact, the best I ve had in a rental situation.

The location is a major selling point. Easily within walking distance of almost every downtown attraction including Energy Solutions Arena and Gateway. There are also some of Salt Lake City s best restaurants and bars only blocks away.

As with any living situation, there are some cons. Parking is easily the most concerning. Although underground parking is available for $50 a month, the parking that comes with residency is limited and access for overnight guests is restricted to street parking. For a downtown location, however, this is probably to be expected.

Another concern is noise. The interior walls do allow for some sound to bleed through, however the staff does a wonderful job of vetting potential residents and addressing any noise concerns quickly and tactfully.

Overall, however, Palladio comes highly recommended. It s rare to have a location that prime, with such a trustworthy staff seeing to their residents every need. If downtown living appeals to you, Palladio is where you need to live.
