I have lived at Park Capitol for 6 months and LOVE IT! There is never any noise issues on the weekend (unlike other Apartments I have lived at.) The Grounds are well kept, the staff is very friendly, as well as the maintence crew.
If you are looking for Downtown living this is the place!
