Lived here for two years. Electronic garage parking key. Staff friendly. Maintenance very good. Aesthetically nice with very nice location. Right next to Brighton High for use of running track. Nestled on hill, but near a lot of shopping. Breathtaking views. Beautiful pool with fountains, nice exercise room. Two problems--I drove my car into a huge pot hole, causing my 600 dollar wheel to bend and my chassis to slam against the driveway, causing electrical system and subsequent cooling system damage. Very expensive. This occurred in the winter of 2000-01. The pothole was complained about all winter, and got bigger all winter. The manager of Pinnacle Highland assumed absolutely no responsibility whatsoever after I complained about it, yet the pothole was fixed within 48 hours of the accident. Strange, isn't it. So WATCH OUT if you rent an apartment at Pinnacle Highland, as the mangager is duplicitous. Also, the apartments are built on sand, and one or two complexes sunk a couple of years ago. Other than that, it's a tremendously good place to live.
