Nice new and ready to fall apart

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
This place is nice and new. The rooms are bright and some of the views are great. The walls are very thina dn you can usually hear the people around you. They are also built on a sand pit which is only a concern if you intend to live there for many years. These are hastily built apartments with leaky windows, but they should get another 5-10 years out of them before they are in complete disrepair.
