MAJOR Security problems

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Lived here for 3 years. Have my jeep broken into twice, and my car was stolen (right out of the parking lot!!). Management gives me the cold shoulder when I call. They've made it clear they couldn't care less.
