Great place to live, but pricey

The apartment itself was perfect. It is spacious. The patio is great, and the views are amazing. The bathroom is one of the best features, it is so large. The office staff was always nice and responsive. The only headache was parking. I had people park in my spot constantly, but always during non-business hours so there was nothing the staff did about it despite my complaints.
I was dissapointed that the staff jacked up the price to an atrocious level when I asked for a 3-month lease since my lease expired 3 months before I planned on moving to a new city.
