The first six months were uneventfull. We were pretty happy to live there, but then we got new upstairs neighbors. They were loud 24 hours a day. They moved in after 12am and the office did nothing about it. They let their dog out without a leash, slammed their door everytime the entered or left the apartment. They blasted music with their door, window and sliding glass door open. They sold drugs and we were even contacted by police.

The management staff is a joke. They are unprofessional and rude. They only care about making the maxium money for each apartment. They don't care what you do as long as you pay rent, probabley because people are moving out left and right.

The apartments seem nice, but after you move in you notice the poor constuction ranging from the foundation (bricks falling apart from the structure and ants coming out of the walls. Highland drive is the worst place to build an apartment building...hear cars/trucks and drunkin kids coming back from the bar at all hours of the night.
