Pinnacle Highland

Going down hill..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Pinnacle Highland is completely falling apart. Poor construction and I can hear my neighbors all the time. The property is dirty and there is no parking.
